Meet the Team

Founder/Clinical Director
Jania Y. Ross, LCSW
After multiple traumatizing work experiences I craved a space where I could grow and show up authentically. I never foresaw it being a group practice experience, but extending this peace and prosperity to others comes naturally.
In my years of pursuing continued change through improving the lives and mental health of individuals and families, I have served as a case worker, clinician and recovery specialist. This ten year journey was spent in various agencies including Middletown Public Schools, Gilead Community Services, The Institute of Living and eventually venturing into private practice.
The journey to becoming a therapist has not been without challenges and learning curves, but helping others understand themselves and bring love and compassion to their own pain, to find purpose has always been a passion. Cheers to authenticity, ambition and continued abundance. Your journey to a path of perseverance starts here.
